What are the monthly costs?

Approximately $20/month for AI API costs (varies with usage). This is much cheaper than typical business software subscriptions that run $50-500/month.

Why local hardware instead of cloud hosting?

Running locally gives you complete control over your setup and configurations, eliminates monthly hosting fees, and keeps your operating costs predictable.
